On June 16, QuickWork released the alpha version of Visual, a cloud solution for improving organizational productivity. By visualizing engagement, the tool aims to raise the labor productivity of companies.
Visual is a cloud-based engagement analysis tool that streamlines everything from visualization of organizational engagement to implementation of reforms. The extremely lightweight UX/UI design enables users to easily answer surveys on their PC or smartphone. Survey results are aggregated automatically in real time for analysis alongside big data collected by QuickWork. The tool identifies the features, trends and challenges of each organization to enable improvement of engagement. This includes visualization of organizational status, reduction of job turnover, improvement of productivity, managerial training, motivation improvement and proactively taking on difficult tasks.
With more and more companies allowing employees to work from home, it has become apparent that the lack of face-to-face communication can decrease organizational unity and engagement. To solve these problems, QuickWork developed Visual as a tool to increase productivity and employee engagement. By analyzing the organization from multiple perspectives, including 10 indicators, 50 questions and 150 reform measures, the tool facilitates (1) visualization of organizational engagement, (2) formulation of policies within the organization based on the organizational engagement data and (3) implementation of reforms. These three steps apply the PDCA cycle to improve productivity and employee engagement.
The service is priced at ¥50,000 (about $467) per month for a 12-month contract, ¥45,000 (about $420) per month for a 24-month contract or ¥40,000 (about $373) per month for a 36-month contract. Each price is the charge per 100 people. All account issuers such as administrators are included. The minimum usage period (application period) is 12 months.
